Chris McCormack

Chris has spent the last 25 years starting studios and being a Imaging Director/Senior Retoucher in Manhattan. He’s worked extensively in beauty, pharma, entertainment and general advertising. During this time he also has been an Adjunct Professor with the School of Visual Arts. He graduated from SVA in 1991 and has been a faculty member teaching Adobe Photoshop from beginner to Advanced courses since Photoshop’s invention.

Starting in 2011, he became the Imaging Supervisor for Link9. An exclusively Pharmaceutical based production hub that creates imaging for the Omnicom Health Group’s list of agencies. He ran a staff of 11 full time artists specializing in retouching, 2d/3d illustration and concept sketch art for pitches and storyboards. He also had a diverse team working remotely around the country.

More recently, he’s been expanding his expertise into AI-driven imaging workflows, integrating emerging tools into professional production environments to enhance creative efficiency and client offerings. He states, “This is a natural evolution of high-end post production, not a replacement for it.
